Please check whether the leak is coming from the liner or from the connection to the control box.
1. For Frame external models: Attach the stopper caps to the inside of the liner, disconnect the pump unit and move it away from the liner for approximately 10 minutes.
- If no additional water appears beneath the liner, the leak is likely coming from the pump unit.
- If water continues to appear, the leak may be from the spa liner itself or near the liner connections.

3. If the leak occurs only when activating an electrical function,the control box may require repair or replacement. Please contact your local service center for assistance.
4. Check if the Liner is punctured
How to pepair an air-leaking liner:
To locate the puncture it is best to apply soapy water from a spray bottle to the surface of the whole liner and around the inflation valve. Bubbles should appear where the puncture is located. To fix the puncture you will require a repair patch, Aquaseal & Stormsure brand glue is recommended.
5. For Mono models: Check whether the valve is getting loose. Please use the provided wrench to tighten the valve if necessary.
