The F1 error code usually indicates a filtration issue. Please check if the filter cartridge is clean and properly installed.
Please follow this video for F1 or not filtering general troubleshooting:
During the use of the spa, dirt deposits or residual chemicals may accumulate in the filtration system. If the system is not cleaned regularly or if chemicals are not used properly, the filter may gradually become clogged. The F1 error code indicates that the filtration system is clogged.
If the spa displays this code, please follow the steps below to clean the filtration system:
- Low water levels can cause the filtration system to malfunction. Please ensure the water level reaches at least the minimum water line.
- Replace the filter cartridge if it remains dirty or discolored after cleaning.
- Press the FILTER + UP buttons simultaneously to manually activate a 100-second self-cleaning cycle.
- Long press any button on the remote control to cancel the F1 error.
- With clean water inside the spa, please remove the filter cartridge from your spa, and clean the inlet/outlet. Then let the spa run in the filtration mode (no heat, just filter mode) for 24 hours without fitting the filter cartridge.
If the F1 error code appears again, it may indicate that the filter pump or other components in the filtration system have been damaged due to clogging. In this case, you may need a repair support. Please submit a request form for further assistance.
