Why are there no bubbles for my Spa?

Please check whether the air blower has overheated or if the jet holes are blocked. Also ensure that the Bubble function is turned on.

Please note the bubbling massage function will automatically shut off after 20 minutes of operation as a safety precaution. It can be reactivated after 10 minutes by pressing the BUBBLE button again.

1. Check air flow from pump:

To check that the pump is working correctly, disconnect the stopper caps at the bottom of the pump unit, refer to below image. Press the air button on the pump and check if any air flows from the air pipe (like below image). If the pump is working correctly please move onto step 2.
If there is no air flow, you may need a repair support for your control box motor.



2. Check the massage seam of the liner

Inspect the massage seam of the liner for any tears, splits, lifting, or separation along the seam. If you find any damage, please submit the request form and attach clear photos of the issue for further assistance.

If the massage area has detached (as shown in the image) due to long-term chemical exposure, we recommend using AQUASEAL or AquaPro Liquid adhesive for re-gluing.
