Please press the RESET button on the GFCI/RCD plug, or follow the instructions in user manual to restart the heating system.
Please follow this video for general troubleshooting of no heating issue:
The spa heats the water at approximately 1.8°F–2.2°F (1–1.2°C) per hour, so heating from cold water may take 20–30 hours, and even longer in colder ambient temperatures.
When the Heater button is pressed, the display will show the current water temperature. If the temperature is low, it will gradually increase as the water heats.
The heating indicator will turn red while heating. Once the set temperature is reached, it will turn green.
If you experience heating issues while the filter is clean, the ground mat is placed under the spa, and the top lid is properly covered, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Taking too long to heat up
If your MSpa does not reach the set temperature within 24 hours, please restart the spa as follows:
1.Turn off the spa. Remove the filter cartridge, clean or replace it, and clean the water inlet and outlet.
2. Unplug the PRCD/GFCI plug, plug it back in, and perform the RESET – TEST – RESET check.
3. Turn on the FILTER function only for 10 minutes.
4. Turn on the HEATER and allow the spa to heat for the next 24 hours.
If the spa still does not reach the set temperature after another 24 hours, please submit a warranty support request.
Heater not working
If you cannot feel warm water coming from the outlet while the heating indicator is red, the heater may require descaling or repair service.
Incorrect water temperature displayed
If the actual water temperature is noticeably higher or lower than the temperature shown on the LED display, the temperature sensor may need repair service.
For any repair support, please submit the request form.
