DO NOT plug your MSpa into an extension lead. We recommend following below troubleshooting steps or follow this video for general troubleshooting:
Step 1: Please check whether the PRCD/GFCI is functioning properly. Press RESET – TEST – RESET in sequence. The indicator light should turn on after pressing RESET and turn off after pressing TEST.
Step 2: Please check whether any other high-power appliances are operating at the same time. Simultaneous use of multiple high-power devices may exceed the fuse capacity and cause a power interruption.
Step 3: Please check whether the spa turns off after activating the Heater or Bubble function. If so, there may be an issue with one of the internal components.
